It is my name Salvatore in Sicilian. Fruit of the earth and of my hard work; it is produced in the renowned “Contrada Buonivini”, near Pachino, always known for the Nero d’Avola.

Classification: D.o.c. (Registered Designation of Origin) Eloro Pachino Nero d’Avola, Turi Rosso 2022 (Red, 750ml)

Grown in Contrada Buonivini, Turi Rosso blends 90% Nero d’Avola, 9% Pignatello, and 1% other indigenous varieties. The 25-year-old vines are planted in stony, calcareous clay. Hand-harvested grapes undergo an eight-day maceration, then settle in stainless steel for several months.

The wine shows black fruit, ripe cherry, and savory olive, with subtle licorice notes. Lighter than most Nero d’Avola, it has a silky tannic structure, offering elegance without excess weight.

This Nero d'Avola, crafted by winemaker Salvatore, is a true expression of the land and his dedication. Grown in the renowned Contrada Buonivini near Pachino, famous for its Nero d’Avola, this wine showcases a blend of 90% Nero d’Avola, 9% Pignatello, and 1% heritage varieties. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, resulting in a rich, expressive wine.
