A jam made from untreated lemons, coming from trees grown among olive groves, with the addition of very little sugar as a natural preservative.
With a balanced and delicate taste, not too sweet; it is perfect in the morning, as a snack, on bread and in tarts.
We preserve a product, the lemon, which would otherwise be wasted.
The marmalade is made according to the traditional recipe without preservatives, colorings and artificial flavours.
