Figs, cane sugar, lemon juice and mustard flavouring

Figs have always grown in our olive groves, until twenty years ago they were eaten as a snack, directly in the countryside and then collected and brought home, distributed among relatives and friends. Then they remained there, at the mercy of the wild boars, fallen to the ground or worse, abandoned to rot in the trees.

We decided to give new life to these figs and make a mustard with only fruit, cane sugar, lemon juice and finally, mustard essence. The taste is balanced, delicate, not too sweet, with the addition of mustard: mustard is perfect to accompany cheeses, boiled meats and to use in the kitchen in gourmet recipes.

Without preservatives, colorings or flavors of any kind.
