      Modica PGI bar with cane sugar and 18% whole pistachios 60g

       

      Traditional PGI chocolate bar, processed at low temperature with only the cocoa butter naturally contained in the cocoa bean. Pistachios are present at 18% and make up a bed in the bar.

       

      They come from Sicilian producers and are lightly toasted to express all their aroma in the bar.
