      Modica PGI chocolate, organic, orange.

       

      The aroma is given by the peel of the citrus fruit, which is peeled only for the very superficial part. Then it is dried and powdered.

       

      The consistency of Modica chocolate highlights the sugar crystals which do not melt due to their microgrammage, because the chocolate is not refined and is processed at no more than 43°. With ingredients coming from the fair trade circuit.
