This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is very dense, obtained from typical red organic and biodynamic only grapes such as Lambrusco or Sangiovese. The long aging in 220 liters oak barrel is the reason for the overall harmony improvement. Thus, the addition of any type of condom or coloring is unnecessary. A delicious dressing that goes well with meat dishes, but especially with seasoned cheese, fruit, ice cream.
