      Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Bronze 250 ml Organic/Demeter

       

      Produced from the careful blend of cooked must and wine vinegar.

       

      The Bronze balsamic vinegar has an intense aroma, a round and pungent taste, with a moderately marked sweet note.  It is aged in 220-liter oak barrels.  Obtained from selected mainly red grapes grown with the Organic and Biodynamic method.  No preservatives or dyes are added during the production processes.

       

      Delicious dressing that goes well with salads and cooked and raw vegetables but also with meat and omelets.
