Acacia is one of the most well-known and appreciated honeys for its characteristics of liquidity and delicate aroma. Its appearance is almost colorless or pale straw yellow. It has a very sweet flavor, with a typically vanilla aroma; for this reason it is the honey most used as a sweetener. Excellent to accompany fresh first-milk and/or fermented cheeses.
