Dried and crushed Iblean oregano 50g
Iblean oregano blooms and is harvested in July. It is dried naturally in the shade in the summer heat. It can be used to flavor sauces, or sprinkled on pizza or baked potatoes; but also in the preparation of many raw or cooked vegetables (from salad, to dip, to aubergine parmigiana), for the seasoning of many cold and hot dishes.
It has a very persistent aroma, after opening the package it is advisable to transfer the contents into a glass jar to better preserve its organoleptic properties.
