Our rillette was developed in collaboration with our friends at the Distillerie du Rhône. Created by two passionate friends, this distillery aims to rediscover the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region through locally sourced products in the shortest possible circuit and 100% organic. It is therefore these common values ​​that pushed us to collaborate to offer you an original and very high quality product. 150g.

 

This wild boar rillette with gin and juniper berries is made from 75% French wild boar meat.

Although it is the fattest game meat, it remains 5 times less fat than classic pork with a comparable taste.


The Gin cuvée ADN which enhances this recipe is 100% Lyonnais, organic and responsible. It was designed around a precise and meticulous selection of 19 different botanical aromas. These herbaceous, complex and intense aromas give a lot of character to this rillette. The Juniper berry, for its part, envelops this entire product, bringing woody and slightly tangy touches. Finally, to add creaminess and character to our rillette, we add French duck fat.

 

Ingredients:

Wild boar meat 76% (Origin France), duck fat, white wine 12.5° (sulphites), salt, gin (40°) 1.3%, garlic, thyme, juniper berry 0.5%.
