Our sausage is prepared from wild boar meat, taken from our French forests . Once passed through the dryer comes the delicate stage of smoking. At VENANDI, no “liquid smoke” chemicals are used. Beech wood is chosen for smoking fish, because it is the ideal wood species to bring the subtle aromas and flavors to our wild boar sausage. Finally, after a night's rest, the sausage is ready to reveal its combination of flavors.
We want to highlight that the wild meat comes exclusively from sustainable hunting practiced in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France.
