They are homemade products made with fresh daily Calabrian mushrooms, chestnuts or figs immediately homogenized, packaged and sterilized in glass jars. No preservatives are used. They are rarities that are still made by a few families linked to ancient customs and for a clientele that demands straightforward products and maximum care in processing.

Porcini mushroom cream: It is an exceptional condiment that is widely and conveniently used in the kitchen to prepare very fine hot and cold dishes. Excellent spread on bread, rusks, bruschetta, canapés, and to fill sandwiches and breakfasts. Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis, pinicola and aereus), olive oil, salt, pepper and vegetable aromas.
Vegetable caviar: It is an exceptional condiment that is widely and conveniently used in the kitchen to prepare very fine hot and cold dishes. Excellent spread on bread, rusks, bruschetta, canapés, and to fill sandwiches and breakfasts. Ingredients: Vegetables and porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis, pinicola, aureus), olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, hot pepper.
Cooked aubergines with porcini mushrooms: They can be served alone or combined with other products as an appetizer. Ingredient much appreciated also on pizza. Ingredients: Cooked aubergines, porcini mushroom pâté, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic and vegetable flavourings.
Tronchetti Silani: Tronchetti Silani are the flagship of Chiodo production. Ingredients: Chillies, Porcini mushroom cream, olive oil, vinegar, salt and vegetable aromas. They are a delight for the eyes and the palate, for true connoisseurs of spicy food, they are made using fresh hot peppers stuffed with Calabrian porcini mushroom paté, packaged and pasteurized in glass jars. No preservatives are used.
Olive with porcini cream: Exceptional condiment that finds very wide and comfortable use in the kitchen to prepare very fine dishes, better by breaking up the olives. Excellent served on bread, rusks, bruschetta, canapés, and to fill sandwiches, sandwiches and breakfasts. They can also be served alone or combined with other products as a soft and delicate appetizer. Ingredients: Pitted green olives, porcini mushroom cream, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, basil. They are home-made products made with pitted green olives, sweetened with salt and mixed with porcini mushroom cream, packaged in glass jars with vegetable aromas and sterilized. No preservatives are used.
Bombona: It is ideal for ease of use, in the preparation of first courses (pasta). Just dissolve the Bombona in boiling olive oil and sauté the drained pasta al dente; to taste, as a final touch, a sprinkling of Parmesan or pecorino. Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), Rositi (Lactarius deliciosus), vegetables (eggplant, carrots, celery), olive oil, chilies, salt and vegetable aromas. Ricciodolce: It is an original and straightforward dessert, created and produced by the Chiodo Company, with fresh chestnuts from the Sila mountains, selected, peeled and cooked with sugar syrup and must (must is an unfermented grape must concentrated through long cooking ). Ingredients: Fresh chestnuts from Sila cooked with sugar syrup and concentrated grape must (mostocotto). It is known as a dessert of the mountain people when it is served as a contrast on fresh ricotta.
Sweet and sour figs: It is an original and straightforward dessert, conceived and produced by the Chiodo Company, with fresh figs from the Sila, cooked in sugar syrup and sour vegetable flavouring. Ingredients: Fresh Sila figs, sugar syrup, vegetable flavourings.
