The biological agricultural farm "Lu' Cavalire " is born from a personal initiative of Paul Rossi in April 2009.
The principal reason that have pushed me to undertake this new lifestyle are tied up to the birthmark to live in contact with nature, which I am extremely impassioned and respectful. Only for this reason I wanted that my agricultural firm will be part of the regime of Biological Agriculture, which I strongly believe. In the sign of the tradition and the bond with my land I have started this young activity.
From here the idea to dedicate it to a person that more than 50 years ago, from this land, it began to receive its generous fruits: my grandfather Attilio, better known as "Lu' Cavalire", "Il Cavaliere", honor, given to him for his merits in the working field, by the President of the Italian Republic.
